On BBC COUNTRYFILE!

When the BBC Countryfile team got in touch to ask if we would like to take part in an upcoming episode, I jumped at the chance. The episode aired in March 2025 and was all about the Watercress Line in Alresford and the history of watercress growing in our part of Hampshire. Plenty of filming took place with many local suppliers and included me making watercress pesto with Matt Baker and Margherita Taylor! It rained a lot but we managed to get enough footage in between the downpour.
